How to use the configuration file.

I'm a Unix Administrator who just installed Majordomo.  This is my first
experience with installing, and using a list server.  So, far so good on
the install.  I now ned help with configuration my list file. I can access
the configuration file, but I'm not sure about how to update the file and
resend it.
