Or, you create a file in the lists directory called <listname>.approved
with each person's e-mail addresses from which they want to post to the
list, setting the restrict_post variable in the <listname>.config file to
that approved file.  That way, they can post from whatever accounts are in
the approved list, and receive only one copy at the account in the list
file.  Of course, you can also try mungedomain to avoid some of the
problems.
