Auto-Confirm?

I was wondering if someone could point me to some type of auto-confirm
script. I have seen it on some lists but don't remember where. It sends a
message to a subscriber which has to be answered within 48 hours or the
name will be removed from the list. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
