I can't let you have my CGI, but I can tell you that it's a standard "grab
the info and mail it someplace" cgi. It's the one we've been using using
for our guestbook. It allows us to format the message, so we can organize
the info into something majordomo recognizes, and then we e-mail it to
majordomo.
