There is a patch (in the archives) that either accepts one-shot commands on
the Subject line, or allows listname-zubscribe/listname-unzubscribe type
aliases (I forget which). In either case, it sounds like the direction you
are heading since, given that it is Majordomo, it does take the address in
the From/Reply-To header.
