Why do you say "no", Rich?

Majordomo does not prevent you from sending multipart mail ("attachments")
if you don't configure majordomo to stop such mail. Archiving and
digesting do not work with multipart mail, but sending to the list
members works well, as long as the policy of the list permits multipart
mail.

You just send the mail with attachment as you would send it to you
collegues.
