It's not in the FAQ, but it should be.  It is, of course, in the list
archives.

The answer that seems to emerge from this is that

     (1) Nobody is known to have done it.
     (2) It should be possible to port majordomo to NT, but ...
     (3) It would require a fair bit of understanding of 
           (i) How majordomo works on Unix
          (ii) How mail transport works on NT
         (iii) General perl NT porting issues

     Since anyone with knowledge of (i) simply runs it on Unix/Linux
     there does not appear to have been any real effort/progress in
     porting.

And some special pleading if you are serious about running any kind
of serious mail transport from NT.  Please get something like exim
or sendmail for NT.  Do NOT use MicroSoft MTAs; many of them are broken
in ways that make them a real net-nuisense.  So be a good network citizen
and don't run a MicroSoft MTA.  (Even MSN uses sendmail on Unix for their
mail switches).
