I had the same problem the other day. I think the problem is that they
are only allow access from a machine with a FQDN.
I tried on my desktop (which is behind a firewall, and not in the DNS),
and got the exact same problem.
I jumped out on our external web server (which is in the DNS), and got
it right away...
