What do you mean by "bounce"?  Do you mean a message with the subject of
"BOUNCE: message too large" or something like it?  If so, then read the
documentation (specifically list_owner_info) and approve the messages.

Sure it can handle that size.  You're probably looking for the 'maxlength'
parameter, but why not look at the config file for yourself?
