I don't really know what's @INC, I think it's a variable in Perl... But
anyway, the problem is that Perl can't find the library ctime.pl. Maybe
Perl is not installed correctly...
Did you check the Perl installation ? Try to find out the ctime.pl and
try to add the path to this file to your PATH...
Hope this will solve your problem...
