I am assuming that your "specific address" is your mailing list, since that
is the only one that makes sense in the context you have provided.
Each time a message is sent to the list, a response is automatically
generated and sent to the Reply-To address. Since that Reply-To address is
the list itself, each automated response generates another automatic
response.
The fix: do not use reply_to.
