You have to be able to trust the running sendmail to accept the
messages and get aliasing right to deliver to majordomo anyway
so I'm not sure how much this would help.   However if you
just want the other machine to do outbound relaying you should
be able to change the majordomo call to sendmail to use the
 -C option to specify an alternate sendmail.cf where you
have specified 'DSrelayhost'. (That's untested but if you are working
on sendmail you should have the manual handy).
