Yes, it's called 'config' and 'newconfig'. FWIW, all my Mj installations
have a read-only file containing a "master password" for the entire site
linked into each of the <list>.passwd files. That way I always have a
password (as majordomo-owner for the site) and it keeps list owners from
fooling themselves with the 'passwd' command.
