Please HELP!
Majordomo 1.94.4 with Sendmail 8.8.8 will not add the incomming mail
to the working dir. The mail will be delivered to anyone on the
list. I followed the quick digest setup.
majordomo.cf
$digest_work_dir = "/usr/local/mail/digest";
$filedir = "/usr/local/mail/files";
$filedir_suffix = ".archive";
That being the case, you must create these two directories:
/usr/local/mail/digest/banjo-digest
/usr/local/mail/files/banjo-digest.archive
Majordomo owns both of the directories and has rwx and all have rx.
created the list-digest.config in the files directory
created the aliases.
banjo-outgoing: :include:/path/to/lists/banjo, banjo-digestify
banjo-digestify: "|/path/to/wrapper digest -r -C -l banjo-digest banjo-d
igest-outgoing"
banjo-digest: banjo
banjo-digest-outgoing: :include:/path/to/lists/banjo-digest
owner-banjo-digest-outgoing: harry
banjo-digest-approval: harry
ran newaliases.
snet numerous emails to list-digest and all were passed on to the
list, but none to the digest dir.
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!!
