assuming current dir /usr/local/majordomo/lists/

listname.conf ==

restrict_post = listname.ok2post

Create file:  listname.ok2post 
(which contains the email addy's of the folks you wish to permit to post)

.../lists/listname.ok2post
user1@domain.org
user2@domain.org


etc...


admin_passwd        = thisismyadminpassword
approve_passwd      = thisismyapprovepassword


                        ^put your real passwords there....
