I've scoured the manuals, searched the archicev and experimented. Can't
find the answer. Thought you might know.
I'm maintaining a broadcast-only list (my list of publishers who receive
my articles). I'll be the only person putting people on the list. How
can I add someone to the list without them receiving a welcome message?
