It is completely, absolutely meaningless to mention list size without
mentioning list traffic patterns and maximum allowed turnaround time.
100000 addresses with one message per month, one week delivery is
completely different than 100000 addresses, 500 messages per day, 30
minutes turnaround time.  I think I could run the former off of a 386
running Linux.  The latter would require something altogether different.
