Subject: Where is the UID stored?

[ If you could CC me personally, I would appreciate it, as I am
not on the list at the moment as my MD setup is simple
and normally runs fine for the 2 lists I run ]

I recently changed my system around and changed UIDs... I put all the
daemons in the 200+ level...

However, majordomo insisted on keeping its previous UID, and I could not
figure out where it remembered it... I even went so far as to fgrep for the
old UID (106) and still couldn't find it.

Can anyone tell me where this is stored? It seems silly to have to
recompile it to change the UID... perhaps this is some safety measure I do no
understand....

Thanks

TjL
