This is what I'm not sure of. Is it "*.usuhs.mil",".usuhs.mil", or
"usuhs.mil"? As for ip_allow:
"131.158.*", "131.158", etc...?
I tried a combination of these possibilities and
sendmail stopped working altogether (It's so darned
fragile).

You don't mean "*.usuhs.mil" literally do you?These are aliase names, I
gather, so "rad.usuhs.mil" and
other aliases would be listed, right?
