The SMTP server (sendmail) that is supposed to accept the domain
rad.usuhs.mil has to be configured to accept it. In the
begining of sendmail.cf add
Cw rad.usuhs.mil
Don't forget to restart sendmail. (If you use m4 macro to create the
sendmail.cf -- you should -- you add the line in the macro and recreate
sendmail.cf.)
