Too bad. If you were a list member, you might have recalled that
a 'newwho' patch came through the list many moons ago. While not
exactly a file upload, it is similar to newconfig, newinfo, etc.
(And, of course, 'who' would be used to retrieve.) Fortunately
there are archives at greatcircle.com, and they are open to
outsiders as well as members. :)
