Chill you two; you're both right. All this patch does is give the
sample appr0ve command as multi-line with backslashes. I'd say it
does more than just 'direct'; it gives a verbatim example to follow.
But clueless users will still find ways to reply and/or cut'n'paste 
it incorrectly.

And while Roger is right that there's very little that can be done
for the clueless wonders, this particular fix did solve the majority
of my user problems: those who know how to cut'n'paste and cannot
fathom why (and more importantly, where) Outlook decides to
auto-wrap lines. This makes it all a moot point.

(And whoever suggested ignoring >> characters was dead-on for
Outlook/IMS and its bizarre quoting mechanism.)
