Setting reply_to list. I just get a prompt `Use Reply-to header
instead of from header?' to which I just press N when I want to send a
private reply, or Y or return when I want to reply to the list.

Without it, I get `reply to all recipients?' which means if I want to
send it back to the list, rather than the default of just the sender,
I have to choose yes, and the fiddle about editing the to/cc
addresses, otherwise it would send a copy both direct and via the
list; a waste of both bandwidth for me and the recipient, and a waste
of time for the recipient.

For me, setting reply_to is easier. Obviously it isn't for you though,
but we're all entitled to our opinions.
