No. You pipe the message through the approve script. There are detailed
instructions in the listowner docs.

What I do is have
restrict_post: LIST LIST_posters
(where LIST is the actual name of the list)
the No Mail equivalant is unsubscribing someone from LIST and subscribing
them to LIST_posters. LIST_posters is also good for people who post
messages from addresses distinct from where they receive them.

approve PASSWD who LIST
Check the listowner's docs.

Good. I strongly recommend to all that they make who = closed. I had
a who attempt on all advertised lists at Cranfield a few months ago.
