If you can run a modern perl and a modern sendmail (or equvalent), you
should be able to run Majordomo.
So far, nobody that I know of has managed to make it work on Windows/NT.
Personally, having seen NT in use side-by-side with a variety of Unix
flavors, I would recomend not even trying. At the least, getting Majordomo
up and running under Unix is not difficult; and at best Unix is a lot more
stable than NT, which is a big win for a mail system.
