Uh-oh, here's what I got from the server:

Why didn't majordomo recognize the "who" command?

For example, I sent the command:
>approve ****** subscribe ******-l Rodrigo Espinosa Cabral

The server replied with:

>Succeeded.
Later the server began to bounce the messages to Rodrigo, Espinosa & Cabral.
