Do you mean that you want certain address to be able to post to the
list without being on the list? If that's the case, then you want to
set up a .mod file. If you are an admin on the machine the list is
on, then it's real simple. If you are not an admin on the machine
(Ie, you're a customer of a service) then ask the majordomo-owner to
help you set up the .mod file.
