Or a -mod file! Using a dotted name instantly locks you in to
requiring root access to maintain. But if you make it just another
list, you can maintain remotely via Majordomo (keep it noadvertised
if you don't want people to see it).
Sorry for the rehash; this has been suggested several times, but
still the advice to "create a .xxx" file persists....
