The problem with this is that it relies purely on people not being able to
guess/find out this non-default alias which is a little risky. You can
argue over how much better making the alias un-mailable from remote sites
but it's clearly better. Still chaning from -outgoing  to something
"unguessable" is a *big* improvement on leaving it as -outgoing.
