I think MHonArc is your problem.  It's the one reporting that there
were no new files to index.  Perhaps there were no new messages since
the last time you ran mhonarc.  As you can see above, glimpse is looking
in the correct directory for your html-ized archives, but there is
nothing there, as you confirm below.
