That looks quite clear to me. Your mta doesn't have permission to read
the list file. I'd make the list files owned my majordom, group
whatever your mailer runs as (daemon or mail, maybe), mode 0640. And
make sure that daemon/mail or whoever has search access to the lists
directory (eg owner majordom, group mail/daemon, mode 710)
