=>(1) When I run mhonarc manually without -add, -outdir or -rcfile, it runs
fine, as described here:

The original majordomo archives are in
/usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/net_mgmt_list.archive. Currently there are two
archive files in that directory, net_mgmt_list.9803 and net_mgmt_list.9804.

I cd into that directory and execute

	mhonarc ./net_mgmt_list.9803

(for the moment, I don't care about mhonarc-ing the 9804 archive)

The result is a series of files of the form msgxxxxx.html, threads.html,
maillist.html and .mhonarc.db. I can use a web browser to read all of the
html files.

=>(2) However, if I remove all the msg*.html, threads.html, maillist.html
and .mhonarc.db files, and then rerun mhonarc this time using the same
-add, -rcfile and -outdir paremters that wilma_reindex uses, I get the "No
new messages" situation.

==>(3) AHA! I found the problem! The messages in my archive are not
separated by a "From" line that matches the MSGSEP regular expression from
wilma_template.rc. If I modify MSGSEP appropriately, then wilma_reindex
works fine!

[For testing purposes, rather than use an archive created by archive2.pl, I
had instead copied a mail folder from my PC's Eudora into the archive
directory. The "From" lines from Eudora don't match the MSGSEP regular
expression]

MSGSEP from wilma_template.rc:

	^From .* \w{3} \w{3} [ \d]\d

Whereas the actual separators in my archive look like:

	From ???@??? Thu Mar 12 09:22:33 1998

So I changed MSGSEP to:

	^From .* [12][09][0-9][0-9]

..and lo and behold mhonarc (via wilma_reindex) now does indeed create the
html'ized messages.

=>(4) Damn! Now I have a new problem :( Even though wilma_reindex seems to
successfully produce mhonarc html'ized messages and glimpse indexes, every
time I do a search via the wilma cgi form, it finds no matches. Now trying
to determine how to debug this. Any pointers? Currently trying to teach
myself glimpse syntax to test it manually from a command prompt.

Thanks in advance,
-Bob
