authentication system and noadvertise

Dear Listmates,

	I was wondering how can I set up an authentication system with
majordomo?  Is there a particular version I have to get?  Is there a web
page I can look at to see about these issues?

	Also I was wondering what is the difference between the advertise
and noadvertise entries.  I did the following for the noadvertise command

noadvertise         <<  END
/.*/
END

and sometimes it works for one list and does not for another.  Does anyone
have an explanation for this?
