Wilma Search Problem

I just set up wilma on an apache server to search majordomo archives.  It
is working fine, but keeps displaying the index.html, thread.html, and the
.mhonarc.db files in the search results.  I looked at the .glimpse.exclude
in the subdirectory index, and it contains the lines:

.mhonarc.db
index.html
thread.html

The file was created at installation, and I have not modified it.  Is
there something else I have to do to make it ignore these files?
