Moderated List

Hello to all,

We have majordomo 1.94.4 on BSDI 3.1.  Everything works fine until we setup a moderated list. Now all we get is a bounce
that approval is required. We enter the password but it just comes back with another bounce and approval required.

We have a list-name.password file and have and have tried every possible combo to get it to work. We even tried:
approve_passwd      =   password
in the config file but it still bounces back. 

Any help would be appreciate.
