Majordomo does not perform any delivery; it relies on the underlying MTA to
accomplish that. In the case of sendmail, it is easy to set your queue run
intervals too short. When that happens it is possible for sendmail to
attempt to process each queue entry multiple times. The fix in that case
is to reduce the queue run interval (looks like '-qXm' in the rc).
