Is there a place for a Mailing List newbie to go to get a relatively easy
startup guide for mailing lists and something that details how much it takes
to start a mailing list and maintain one (generally speaking, obviously they
are all different depending on subscribers, etc.)? I saw the FAQ but it is
a little daunting at first. My guess is that you've heard this question a
million times but unfortunately, I don't know the answer. Please reply to
me personally as I am not a subscriber of this list yet, I am justing
posting a question.
