Fixing info in from field...

Hello list-mates,

1.
When I post mail to my lists, everybody can see my personal e-mail address in the from field! Am I able to change the text written in this field? e.g. from: My list [majordomo@mydomain.dk]

2.
I have a restrict_post list for my postings, but it's getting large and the posting is only allowed for persons in my domain, can I do it smarter? e.g. by writing /.*/mydomain\.dk instead of:
person@mydomain.dk
person1@mydomain.dk
...
