Nobody. Well, that or the archive does since it's already holding every
message anyway. The vacation feature is only barely implemented in the
development version; you can turn it on but it doesn't really do much
besides stop you from receiving messages.
But nothing stops it from recording the sequence number when you turn it on
and telling you what numbers you missed when it turns off. You can then
pull those from the archive if you wanted. At least, that's the plan.
