As a list owner/user, not an administrator, I find 99.9% of this list to be
so much noise. I do not control permissions, setting up new lists, etc. and
therefore do not at this time need to know all the strangenesses of that
part of the Major Domo world.
Please, please do this and let me know when you do as I'll sign up instantly.
