Filtering "By way of..."

A forwarding mechanism in Eudora creates From:-headers like this:

From: "by way of address1 address2"

where address1 is the forwarding address and address2 is the
original sender.  How do I filter out/bounce postings with such
headers?  Would this do the trick:

/^from:\s.*\bby way of\b/i
