ABORT shlock: '' does not exist ???

Hi,

I've been trying to apply Jeff Wasilko's version of Oxymoron's newconfirm
patch to Majordomo 1.94.4, but keep getting an error when I try to
subscribe:

mj majordomo ABORT
shlock: '' does not exist

Permissions are correct, patching has been applied properly. I've added the
appropriate entires to majordomo.  Debugging doesn't yield any useful
answers, other than:  shlock: '' does not exist.

The only thing I can figure is I'm calling the confirm routine incorrectly
from formail.

I'm using procmail to set my aliases (no access to /etc/aliases) and all is
fine until I add the patch.
