We use "MajorCool" (http://ncrinfo.ncr.com/pub/contrib/unix/MajorCool/)
and "MailServ" (http://advicom.net/~fitz/www/mailserv/). MailServ is
the easiest thing to use for what you want, it sounds like - install and
use in minutes.
