Script to HTMLify Digests

Hi All,

	Well mdindex.pl in now fairly generic and working to index
	the BMW 7 Series Digest every day.

	http://www.Breszland.COM/fpb/download/mdindex.pl.gz

	To see an example of the bursted digest see:

	Let me know if you find it useful.

	The command I used to generate that HTML:

	mdindex.pl -v 17 -i 40 \
	-d /home/httpd/html/bmw-7er/Digests/17 \
	-s /home/majordomo/lists/bmw-7-series-digest.archive \
	-t 'BMW 7 Series Digest'
