how about use majorcool to approve message

Hi guys:

I'm a new to mailing list, I install majordomo1.94 and majorcool1.3 on my
freebsd server, I want to my list is moderated list, so I install the
majorcool contrib "approve.shar". then I send a message to mailling list ,
the owner receive this message and need to approve it, but I can use
majorcool to approve it,
