The patches in approval.shar updated sample.cf but not the master
majordomo.cf (wherever it may reside). Look in sample.cf and apply
the $whereami_url to your master. This will show in the above URL
and make it clickable.
[I've seen the "stored on the server as" showing a bogus filename
before, but have not tracked down the error yet.]

What's the question? If you did not have bounce_action correct,
your modified resend would have never stored the post on the server
in the first place...
