Stop messages at the end of the email

Hi Majordomo-users,

I have been given the daunting task of administering the majordomo setup at
our site. The first complaint that I have received is that the email being
sent out, has a message at the end of each email file, which confuses some
users and annoys others. Here are exact copies the messages  :- 

"/var/mail/majordom" removed.

or 

"/var/mail/majordom" updated.

I have searched the majordomo archives as well as scanned the config files
and cannot find any reference to this. The system is running on a Sun Ultra
2 with Solaris 2.6, sendmail 8.8.8 and Majordomo 1.94.4 . Any assistance
would be appreciated.
