Hello.
We are in need of a Majordomo/Sendmail expert to assist us
in setting up a rock solid distribution method for our
monthly magazine.
Each month we send an email along with a 400-700K attachment
to 2 lists. One to Mac users, and another to PC users.
Currently, the lists average about just over 2,000 names. We
have been using a combination of Majordomo/BulkMailer and
Sendmail on a Redhat 5.0 system. We anticipate these lists
to climb to over 10,000 names in the near future.
Since the beginning of using this system, we have had
various errors occur which resulted in duplication of the
message to our subscribers. Each time we have run into a new
problem (from running short on disk space, to the more
recent possible shortage of RAM).
We are seeking a consultant to assist us in creating a ROCK
SOLID distribution method, using whatever tools deemed
necessary.
Our office is located in Livermore California, if this work
can be done remotely, we are open to that option.
