I'm not sure what you mean when you ask "What program are you using for
creating the mail?". The emails are being sent as user majordomo. There is
a cronjob that is running every 10 minutes scanning for email in the
/var/mail/majordom file.
I appologise if the information is scant. Possibly, this is a case to
reinstall Majordomo from scratch !?!
