Looks to me like Majordomo isn't the owner of that file. Make sure all
files in /usr/test/majordomo-1.94.4/lists are owned by whatever user
and group majordomo runs as, and you'd better make sure majordomo owns
the directory as well. (it probably does if other things work though.)
